以往的隆胸手术大多数都是经过腋下切口，把乳房假体放置到胸大肌下层，这样术后的结果往往是，坐位和站立位时乳房柔软度尚可，躺下时乳房变硬，而且活动度较差。为了克服这种缺点，陈医生根据不同患者的具体情况，设计出不同的方法，使隆胸术后达到“动态”美感的效果，尤其是平躺位时的活动度大大增加，以及运动时乳房的动感，达到“以假乱真”的效果。

　　《不同层次假体隆胸对手术效果影响的评价》

　　【摘要】

　　目的 探讨不同层次的假体隆胸对手术效果的影响。

　　方法 对20例不同层次放置假体的隆胸患者术后随访，分别在立位、仰卧 位、 侧卧位、俯卧位等不同体位下，对其形态、手感、动感的满意度进行调查，以及对夫妻生活的影响方面进行评价。

　　结果 发现假体在乳腺后间隙层次和在胸大肌下层次相比，在立位时形态、手感的满意度二者无显着差别，而在仰卧位、侧卧位、俯卧位等非立位时 ，其形态、手感、动感的满意度以及对夫妻生活的影响方面，前者明显优于后者。

　　结论 乳腺后间隙层次的假体隆胸术后效果更加自然、逼真，符合实际生活中患者及配偶对隆胸手术效果的评价标准。

　　《Evaluating operation effect in different level implat mammary augmentation》

　　【Abstract】

　　Objective To investigate effect on operation in different level implat mammary augmentation.

　　Methods makes 20 cases different level implat mammary augmentation follow-up visit, under different body posture including stand up,supine, lie side , bends over and so on , investigating the degree of satisfaction on its body image, touch, dynamic feeling ,and influence on couple life.

　　Results subglandular breast augmentation compare with subpectoral breast augmentation. There is not different in body image and touch in stand up, however.in lie condition the former is super than the latter in its body image, touch, dynamic feeling ,and influence on couple life.

　　Conclusion subglandular breast augmentation effect is nature、reality, it reflect evaluate standard patient couple demand in actual life to breast augmentation.
